We are ready to welcome you back!
This space is dedicated to our comprehensive community safety guidelines that will be refreshed regularly and as needed.
Dear Kidville families,
Our time spent apart has been dedicated to a combination of transforming our services into streaming experiences and reopening preparedness so that we could safely reunite our community! We feel confident in the plan we have set forth that has the safety and wellness of team members, grown-ups, and children alike at the core of each segment. Our comprehensive plan includes guidelines from the CDC and government officials and is tailored to The Kidville Standard and experience we are dedicated to delivering. Familiarize yourself with our plan and know that we are here to support you through this journey.
The Kidville Team
Behind the Scenes
Our off-hours commitments and efforts!
Team Procedures and Cleaning Protocols
Discover the systems, procedures, and protocols that we have put in place to maximize Kidville’s off-hours for daily ongoing maintenance, team testing, and community wide training. We have a dedicated ‘Clean Team’ who will execute this plan alongside our teaching team after services are completed.
All Kidville team members will be tested for COVID-19 prior to returning to work and will undergo routine testing. They will be required to self quarantine if they have COVID-19 symptoms.
Contact Tracing Awareness
The health director must have knowledge of COVID-19 symptoms and current guidance documents from state.
Kidville will supply gloves and masks for all Kidville team members. In addition, all team members will have access to hand sanitizer, soap, and cleaning products.
CDC Cleaning Guidelines
Play Professionals, Front Desk Team, and Clean Team will follow all CDC Cleaning Guidelines.
Kidville Cleaning Schedule
Dedicated Clean Team to complete a daily, weekly, and monthly in-depth facility cleaning schedule tailored to each location.
EPA Approved Disinfectant
Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated effective against the COVID-19 virus with a kill time of less than one minute will be used for continuous and deep-cleaning processes.
While at home
A few steps for families to prepare!
Maintaining community safety is going to require participation from all parties. We have assembled a few steps for families to handle during this time. Prior to returning to Kidville, complete these steps so that we can best accommodate and serve your family.
Completed Kidville Waiver: This must be signed and completed before returning to Kidville in 2020.
Pre-Register for Services
Families must register in advance for a specific group and session to comply with guidelines for teacher to student ratio and limiting exposure. As a result, there are no drop-ins during this time.
Family Health Check
Anyone attending Kidville services must make sure they are symptom-free and that have they've not come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms before returning to Kidville.
All adults are required to wear a mask at all times inside Kidville. Failure to do so will result in being denied access. In addition, please bring your own pen for the sign-in process.
What to expect each time you attend a service.
Familiarize yourself with the stations you will encounter upon arrival at Kidville. These stations are designed to take you through an intake flow while maintaining social distancing prior to the start of your service.
We will use these daily logs for contact tracing purposes and community communication should there be a COVID-19 case.
Contactless Check-In Process
You are permitted inside Kidville ten minutes prior to your service start time.
Upon arrival, head to our social distance waiting area to get called from station to station.
A Kidville team member will check you into your service verifying that you are pre-registered and have a completed waiver on file.
Every person entering the building will undergo a temperature check with contactless thermometer. Individuals with a body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will not be permitted entry.
Members and our teams will be required to complete a mandatory Health Declaration before each visit to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
Hand sanitizer will be given prior to walking into the classroom or you will be guided to a hand washing station.
Wait to be escorted to a waiting circle adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Time to Play
A teacher will open the door for you to enter the classroom. Quickly find your quadrant and get ready to play!
