Making healthy choices should be simple, yet isn’t. There’s so much misinformation and confusion that even basic decisions–like what type of milk (or formula) to give your child–are fraught with controversy. Pediatric nutritionist Victoria Feltman and food writer Natalya Murakhver will share their top healthy eating tips–from how to steer clear of genetically modified ingredients to why it’s important to choose organic dairy. Vicky and Natalya, the two moms behind Apple to Zucchini, will debunk common food myths and provide a broad overview of childhood nutrition, plus offer practical info on how to best feed your families naturally. We’ll discuss first foods, meal schedules and planning, allergies, foods to avoid, transitioning to milk and more! We’ll leave ample time for Q and A and welcome parents to send questions in advance.
