We make membership payments easy with convenient auto-billing! Membership is for a minimum of three consecutive months and then continues on until written notice is given 30 days prior to your next payment.
We'd hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership after your three month minimum commitment, a request must be made in writing.
Upon purchasing a membership it is understood and agreed that Kidville will collect future payments by debiting the credit card provided. It is further agreed that Kidville has permission to make future monthly debits until notified in writing otherwise. The member agrees to keep their account up-to-date with a valid credit card. If additional costs are incurred by Kidville to collect payments referenced, those costs plus a $45 service charge will be applied.
Your payment reserves a membership for your kiddo(s) regardless of attendance. All membership sales are final.

For the enjoyment of all grownups and little ones, we ask that you keep the following in mind:
*Please turn off your cell phones or set them to vibrate. If you need to take a call, please step outside the room and take your kiddo with you.
*We all have rough days! If your child becomes upset during class, please step outside to calm them and return when they feel better.
*Grownups, please keep your voices low and your conversations to a minimum out of respect for your little one and their teachers. We love that a community develops in the classroom, but anyone disrupting class may be asked to leave the room.
*Please remain within hug’s reach of your child at all times.
*We ask that you try to stick to one adult per child in class so the space doesn't feel too crowded, but if you have a visitor that wants to see your little one in action, we'd of course be happy to have them!
*Please refrain from bringing any food or drink into the classroom.
*If your little one is not feeling well, please keep them at home to rest and recover. If we feel that a kiddo is too sick to be in class and could be contagious, we may ask that they go home to get well. You can schedule a makeup class and come back to play when everyone is at their best!
*If a child has an allergy that requires an epipen, a grownup must remain on the premises at all times.
*Children enrolled in drop-off classes must be escorted to and from classrooms by their parent/caregiver. Please arrange to have your child picked up on time by a person registered to your Kidville account.
*It is the responsibility of the primary member (the purchaser of the family membership) to add or remove grownups authorized to be with their children at Kidville.
Allergies are stressful and scary and we want to do our part to be a place where you can feel at ease!
Kidville is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment for our members so we are proudly nut-free. Please do not bring peanuts, nuts or foods containing nut ingredients with you to Kidville. Members are prohibited from bringing food or drink into classrooms.
Playspaces are open to active members and guests accompanied by active members.
All parents and caregivers are responsible for their child’s safety and supervision in the playspace and are required to be within hug's reach at all times.
Playspace hours are subject to change and may vary by semester. On occasion, playspaces may be closed for special events and activities, so please call ahead. The front desk will begin handing out passes to playspace 15 minutes before it begins. Playspace is always first come, first served!
Kidville reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty.
