Friendly tips for a safe visit
Here are some friendly tips and new requirements to making your experience seamless from start to finish during this time!
1.) You must receive a confirmation email of the booking.
2.) We ask that everyone over the age of 2 wear a mask. We do recognize that small children are likely to try to remove the mask during the course of the visit, but they are still required to bring one. If the child does not wear a mask, we may refuse the cut should the hairdresser not feel safe.
3.) Optional: if you are more comfortable bringing your own towel/cape for the appointment, you may do so.
4.) For any first haircut, every child receives a certificate with a lock of their hair to commemorate their big accomplishment.
5.) Please arrive with hair free of knots and tangles.
6.) Please note, gratuity can only be accepted in cash. (It is customary to leave 15-20% for amazing service!)
8.) For everyone’s safety temperatures will be checked upon arrival and all bodies entering the building will be required to sign a Covid-19 waiver and Self Declaration of Health form.
9.) All appointments will be paid for in full upon booking.
A full refund will be given for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance.
For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be given a 50% refund.
You will be charged for the full amount, with no refund given for any no show. Arriving 10 minutes late or later to your appointment will be considered a no show.
